Nigerian artiste and Label owner, Oluwatosin Ajibade popularly known as Mr Eazi is here with another extended playlist ‘Something Else’. This 5-track EP features Banku Music which we all know was pioneered by The Don (Mr Eazi). Just incase you are wondering, Banku music is the fusion of Ghanaian highlife with Nigeria music patterns.

Each song beautifully transcends to the next and emits pure vibes and by your second listen, you’ll find yourself singing along. From “The Don” where he experiments trap music and also relates his new status with the lyric ‘Man I be Don and I paid my price’ to “Love For You” ,a soft afropop for your lover to “Cherry” featuring Kenyan-born R&B singer Xenia Manasseh to “Saudi Arabia” that will take you a step into the dance floor while still professing love to your ‘baby girl’ and finally to “E Be Mad” which has that palmwine music feel. Producer credits go to Killertunes,E- Kelly, Spellz, Jaylon, Kel P and Blaq Jerzee.

After listening to this EP, you’ll definitely want more music from him. It’s an album to listen to when you are having that special time with your lover and even with yourself or when you are taking that late night drive. Personally, I’m going to rinse the album! Yeah thats right!
